**Free Shipping Australia Wide Terms & Conditions:**

Moortre Truck Pas is dedicated to providing exceptional service and value to the Australian transport industry. To ensure our quality aftermarket parts reach you as efficiently as possible, we offer Free Shipping on all qualifying online retail orders under the following terms:

1. Delivery Methodology

To provide the most reliable service, Moore Truck Parts will select the optimal freight carrier based on your specific location and the dimensions/weight of the order.

  • Metro & Regional Customers: Orders will be delivered directly to your nominated residential or business address (Door-to-Door).

  • Rural & Remote Customers: Due to logistical constraints in certain areas, parts will be delivered to the nearest freight depot for customer collection. This ensures the safety of the goods and avoids excessive transit delays.

2. Dispatch & Tracking

Once your order has been processed at our Smeaton Grange, NSW warehouse:

  • You will receive a unique tracking number via email.

  • Our dispatch team monitors outgoing shipments to ensure a smooth transition from our floor to your door.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

While we strive for immediate dispatch, delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary based on:

  • Regional proximity and seasonal shipping volumes.

  • Carrier-specific transit schedules.

  • The size and handling requirements of the parts (e.g., oversized body panels).

4. Exclusions & Limitations

  • Bulky & Oversized Items: Free shipping applies to standard-sized parts. Exceptionally large items (such as roof scoops and panels) may incur a freight surcharge. We will contact you before dispatch if your order requires a custom freight quote.

  • Remote Surcharges: While we aim for “depot delivery” in remote areas, some extremely isolated locations may require a subsidised freight contribution.

  • Returns: Free shipping applies to the initial outgoing order only. Freight costs for returns due to “change of mind” remain the responsibility of the customer.
