At Moore Truck Parts we offer Shipping Australia Wide for all domestic (Australian) customers.
International customers will be subject to freight charges.
Same Day Dispatch
Orders finalized before 1.30 pm AEST Monday to Friday are dispatched from our warehouse the same day.
Shipping Carriers
We ship with numerous carriers including Australia Post, Startrack, TNT, Toll Ipec, DHL, Tamex, and Go Logistics.
We only recommend the best carrier for each order depending on order size, weight, and shipping location.
For those customers that are Metro/Regional, the parts will be shipped to your house or workplace.
For those customers that are Rural/Remote, the parts will be delivered to the closest freight depot for your convenience.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided by our dispatch team to track your delivery online along with a Tax Invoice for your records.
Delivery Of Orders If Shipping Address Is Unattended at Time of Delivery
Unless requested by the customer, all shipping carriers have the authority to leave goods if the shipping address is unattended at the time of delivery.
Customers are welcome to provide an alternate shipping address prior to the item being shipped if they will not be present at the delivery time.
Proof of delivery is made available by all shipping carriers.
Pick Up
If you’d like to pick up your order, collections can be made between 8 am – 4:30 pm Monday to Friday from our warehouse at
Unit 3/10 Bluett Dr, Smeaton Grange NSW 2567.
International Shipping
Shipping is available worldwide. These charges are not calculated during the checkout as the weight and dimensions of truck parts can vary significantly.
Once a shipping cost is established, we will then contact the customer with a total order cost including shipping.
